The NRT82885 is a fully integrated ultra-wideband (UWB) system-on-chip (SoC) belonging to the second generation of the NRT Ursa Major UWB product series. It complies with IEEE 802.15.4-2020 and IEEE 802.15.4z HRP UWB PHY/MAC standards. The SoC features a high-performance MCU with a RISC-V processor, enabling support
for UWB PDoA and AoA algorithms, UWB radar engine, UWB secure high-speed communication, and more.
The NRT82885 is a highly versatile SoC designed for use in various applications, such as consumer electronics, smartphones, RTLS scenarios, automobiles, IoT, and industrial settings. The SoC's RF front-end contains three independent RX paths, one transmitter, and a reconfigurable T/R switch network, allowing for optimum antenna system schemes based on user requirements.
